We are a family run, locally based team with expertise in property management. We have  more than 25 years managerial experience across a range of sectors including retail and domestic/commercial cleaning. We pride ourselves on the personal touch and we care about the people we are working with. This makes us approachable, personable and responsive. 

Our property management journey began by co-hosting clients alongside property owners. Taking ownership of dealing with bookings and client queries allowed us to develop a keen understanding of client needs, whether as a commercial client looking to house contractors on short term lets, or for holiday guests seeking the perfect bolthole for a leisure break.  We developed a sound knowledge base around client expectations which has given us  the foundations to be able to move into property management.

Cozy Quarter’s Accommodation has its own in-house cleaning team, making us entirely self-sufficient and able to deliver consistently high standards to all our properties.
