Business and Relocation Stays

Somewhere Proper to stay while you are working away

If you are relocating, starting a new role, or working away from home for a few weeks, a hotel room gets old quickly. Our apartments and houses give you a kitchen, a lounge, a washing machine and room to breathe in locations with good links across the North East.

Stays are flexible

Some guests book a fortnight while they find somewhere permanent, others stay for months. Weekly and monthly stays are priced accordingly, so ask us rather than booking a run of single
nights.
